I believe women are a full circle, and I strive to provide evidence-based care in a personalized and holistic approach, partnering "with woman" and empowering her to make informed choices for her care. I am a K-M KoMet graduate from right here in Kasson and my roots have held strong: I long to give back to my community by offering alternative healthcare options for women. I am a board certified nurse midwife with masters degrees from Frontier Nursing University, in nurse midwifery and in women’s health. I have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from MSU, Mankato, and I am also pursuing a Vitality Life Coach Certification with future plans to become a certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

I am married with four beautiful daughters. We love the outdoors and anything basketball, but I’m a total lake girl at heart; being on the water is my complete solitude. Travel and adventure speaks to me as well. My color personality is yellow-blue and I’m a Type 2w3 on the enneagram wheel.

Full Circle Wellness Clinic came about as a result of a driving passion for women’s health and a true desire to give my community alternative options for medical care. I want all women to know: You are beautiful, loved, strong, and made for a purpose!
