My passion for maternal health was born from my own experiences with pregnancy, birth, & early motherhood. Each of my journeys into parenthood has been uniquely beautiful, & through them, I developed a deep appreciation for the strength, empowerment, and transformation that come with these stages of life. These personal experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could support others during the sacred time. I believe that every pregnancy and birth story is unique and deserves individualized care grounded in compassion, understanding, and encouragement.

My professional journey began as an LPN in a hospital setting in Rochester, MN, where I built a strong clinical foundation and gained valuable hands-on experience. Over time, I felt called toward a more personalized & holistic model of care. This led me to transition to an out-of-hospital birth center in Minneapolis, MN, where I could provide the countinuous, individualized support I value so deeply.

With over seven years of experience in both hospital and birth center setting, I bring a well-rounded perspective, clinical expertise, and heartfelt dedication to every client I care for.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted partner and mother of five. My greatest joy is spending time with my family - whether that means cheering from the sidelines at a soccer or basketball game, enjoying the outdoors, or simply baking treats together at home.
